We pride ourselves on providing you with great aftercare – after we have fitted your product we will give you advice on how to get the best from your flooring, including cleaning and maintenance advice.
If you are not 100% happy with your flooring or service then we will come back and put it right for you at a time that suits you. We will advise you, before installation, of the most appropriate flooring to suit your requirements.
As a general rule:
- We recommend that heavy-duty mats are used at any entry points that lead in from outside, to avoid scratching or staining, from any dirt or debris brought in from visitor’s shoes.
- Heavy furniture should not be dragged around your flooring as it can damage carpet and scratch other types of flooring. Floor protectors should be used underneath your furniture.
- Carpets should be vacuumed about three times a weeks to reduce allergens and prolong the life of your carpet
- You should try to keep pet’s claws short and blunt to avoid excessive damage to your flooring
